Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No hidden limits, no trial period, no "upgrade to continue" pop-ups. Unlimited recipes, full Cook Mode, offline access, and friends — all free, forever. We built Kitchenote because we wanted to use it ourselves.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel through the App Store anytime. You'll keep Premium features until the end of your billing cycle, then you're back on Free. No hard feelings.
What happens to my recipes if I downgrade?
All your recipes stay exactly where they are. You'll still see shared cookbooks beyond your 2-free limit, you just won't be able to create new ones. No data is ever deleted.
What does Enhanced Intelligence do?
It works silently behind the scenes. Uses on-device AI to parse tricky recipe sites that standard methods can't handle. Verifies recipe accuracy — catching things like wrong temperatures or mismatched quantities. You won't even notice it's there, but your recipes will be better for it.
